If you need a full brand identity built from scratch — logo, guidelines, color system — that's our Brand Identity Package. Studio handles everything after the brand exists.
Full website design and development is a separate engagement. Studio Pro can handle individual landing pages and web sections — not full-site projects.

How do I submit requests?
Through your dedicated Trello board. We set it up on day one. Add a card, drop your brief, tag it — we take it from there.
What if my project is complex?
We'll let you know upfront if a request is outside scope or needs a separate engagement. No surprises.
What kinds of design work can I request?
Social graphics, presentation decks, pitch decks, email templates, ad creatives, one-pagers, infographics, event materials, brand collateral, and more. If it's design work that doesn't require building a full website or a new brand from scratch, it's fair game.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. If you hit a slow month or don't have requests ready, pause and your billing cycle stops. Resume when you're ready. No penalties.
What software do you design in?
Primarily Figma for UI and web, Adobe Illustrator for print and vector work, and After Effects for motion when needed. Source files are always included — whichever format works best for your team.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. It's month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalty — just finish out your current billing cycle.
